Pros

Decent pay the 401k match is nice.

Cons

I worked there in multiple medium and senior management capacities over 6 years for the railroad. Favoritism, nepotism, corruption, federal embezelment its all there and they dont really try to hide it. Pay is average benifits are trash on the nonagreement side specially that the herriman pension is gone now. Growth is very limited antiquated management techniques and tools. They act like theyve grown past it but i guess you cant teach an old dog new tricks. The agreement people made it worth it an excellent bunch hope things get better for them.

Pros

Good health insurance is the only pro

Cons

There is not enough space on any platform to tell all the cons. Horrible management Manipulative and dishonest no sense of security someone always trying to fire you. Told to work unsafe* if you do you’re fired for violations on safety policy* if you refuse you’re fired for insubordination. This company is evil stay away stay as far away as possible
