Garbage

Pros

Nothing pro about them exists.

Cons

Literally everything. Pay rate step for new hires over 4 years. No schedule. Ten hours of rest between shifts. No paid sick leave. Dental doesn’t start for 13 months. Per the higher ups “your labor doesn’t contribute to profits” so they don’t want to pay more, nor give bonuses. Attendance policy is atrocious. Oh and it’s illegal to go on strike for better working conditions.
