Horrible work/home balance no sick leave no personal leave treated like a piece of animal waist by management, company as a whole, told your wages do nothing but bring down profits….. hated by the same people that desperately need you to clock in and be productive…. Attendance policies that will attack you for having a sick day even with a dr note they aren’t required by law to accept dr notes so they won’t…… pay raises are non existent despite what the tv reports say bc health insurance union dues and taxes wipe out every increase in pay by doubling down on what they take out of your check

Working conditions, pay, health insurance, zero family life, mis-managed, extremely unsafe working conditions for employees and public. More fatalities and accidents in last 5 years then previous 25 years combined. Company only see's their employees as a number. Number 1 Worse company in America to work for 5 years in a row. Google it.
