Pros

Nice people out in the field

Cons

Too many to mention. Horrible corporate culture, poor executive leadership, employees constantly stressed over possible layoffs, good ole boys mentality, militaristic hierarchy and leadership style (do as you’re told!), high RRT deductions from paychecks, no work life balance, lack of support from Omaha HQ.

Pros

Proud History of the company.

Cons

Upper management is horrible, terrible leadership. Currently attempting precision railroading which means cutting jobs everywhere.
