Pros

Good retirement benefits if you can survive 30 years. Cheap medical, good HSA yearly money.

Cons

Be prepared for routine layoffs giving little sense of security. Promotions are extremely rare and raises are meager. WFH options and work life balance are FAR less progressive than many other companies. Penny pinching, uncaring company with an outdated, archaic culture. Consistently rated one of the worst companies in the US to work for. Believe it.

UP provided a great deal of training to support the entrance into the job. Great benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

Decisions required multiple levels of approval which was difficult at times

Pros

Pay/retirement are the only reasons

Cons

Every thing else. Culture sucks. They pretend diversity matters but they mostly promote friends. Run! Do not apply.
