Going Down Hill

Pros

The best thing will always be the people. Employees who have been there for over 5 years are more like a family than co-workers.

Cons

I use to have pride working for the organization but the chase to increase profits, although billions are made every year, has become the ONLY focus. Let me be clear we had always made a profit when I worked there, but as outside talent from other railroads was brought in the service and culture declined, and the workloads increased dramatically, making it difficult for employees to drive efficiency or innovation.
