Pros

The job itself is enjoyable and you’re coworkers are very team oriented

Cons

The company is outwardly hostile towards its craft employees, and the pay, while good to great in other parts of the country, has seriously fallen behind in California to the point where a lot of retail jobs and now some of the food industries have started to catch up so with out a C.O.L.A. For the state over all, it falls off hard and has had an extremely hard time maintaining employment and it will continue to suffer low employment retention.

Pros

Decent healthcare that they are working at day and night to take away

Cons

Work hours are horrible. They train you for the job and then spend the rest of your career trying to fire you for any tiny little thing. Management style is to scare you into breaking company rules to get productivity up but then use that to fire you. Speaking from over 25 years working for this company
