Pros

I had a job- my direct boss was amazing

Cons

The company does not see the value of the program - only when it works to their advantage… like during a pandemic….. even then after they have worked you 24/7 ( I am not exaggerating) on call , no rest -they ask for more …question the value you bring .there is no work life balance…no chance of upward movement.

This company hates employees

Pros

Decent pay cool co workers

Cons

Where to start, this company hates employees. we are all treated as liabilities instead of assetts. We are constantly lied to by corporate management. They're is a complete us vs them mentality of people in the field vs the management. Hardly any managers come from the craft so they have ZERO idea what it takes to actually get stuff done. They expect you to have zero personal life in sacrifice for the company and if you wanted to take a weekend off (or any time off for that matter) you are threatened with discipline. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
