Pros

Some good managers and fellow devs are still left Salary & benefits are not bad. They are not as good as they should be

Cons

CTO, while bringing in some + changes, they have been low-hanging fruit for the most part and at minimal cost to the company in terms of dollars. Sweat and toil from the people that have to implement them, not so much. CTO continues to ignore feedback from management and IT on various policies hurting the company from being the best it can be. Promotions have become lopsided and more of who you know and not what you have done. People in positions of power use that carrot to surround themselves with yes people and ride the coattails of others that are making positive changes within the company. People who care about their job and coworkers have become burnt out and either leave the company or no longer have the passion and care they once did.
