Pros

The people that work here are great and the clients are great.

Cons

The people that worked here were great but communication is something that needs to be worked on. It takes some time getting used to the clients at the mission however once you get to know them, you will fall in love with them. There was a lot of work and much was expected without constructive criticism.

Pros

Helping homeless the managers some senior leaders and staff are good to work with.

Cons

Board of Directors and CEO do not support Staff. CEO is self serving and arrogant. CEO is more concerned about legacy the anything. Board is clueless. Both Board and CEO are unethical and out of touch. If the CEO stepped down the Board may be able to recover.
