Pros

The organization does a phenomenal job helping homeless men, women and children. They offer great services, contacts and training for clients.

Cons

I wish they were as caring to the staff as they are to the people we served. Very controlling organization down to monitoring who you have lunch with, especially males/females just having a simple meal together. Non-competitive wages.

Pros

Helping others in need. Free meals each day. Benefits are not bad for a non profit. Work with line staff that are passionate. Good experience for a short time.

Cons

Very cliquish, always strapped for money and not many raises. Not sure what the goal is. No room for growth. Working with homeless population can be hard. Communication is weak.
