Cons

The CEO runs micro manages every single department and takes over relationships that are cultivated by the donor rep team. They have some racism issues as they love promoting the CEO's favorite people even if they lack the required degrees and/or experience. They repeatedly look past and will not hire people who have the required degrees and experience. They promote Christianity but fail to put it into action. They actually act more like a cult and the CEO has the board wrapped around his fingers. So, when he does unethical things, they fail to hold him accountable because they know that he has the most generous donors wrapped around his fingers. They have run numerous benevolent and knowledgeable employees away because of the CEO's failure to allow professionals to do their jobs. It is all just so sad and quite unfortunate,
