You will be humbled and grateful while working at URM. You have the opportunity to meet so many people, be encouraged and be the one to encourage.

Pros

It is a wonderful place to serve people in need. You are given all the tools you need to succeed, and most of the employees are great people.

Cons

The organization needs new management starting at the top. True leadership is non-existent. Those in charge only care about themselves and are sexist. No opportunity for career growth as long as the current management is in place.
