Being able to transfer from one restaurant to another within the group

Cons

Salaries are measly, PTO only up to 5 days per year worked ?!! HR manipulates hours to split up over time and not have to pay those hours so very long and overly busy days in an understaffed team with no ot paid

Great management staff who are steadily looking out for the employee.

Cons

No tipping is a pretty significant difference but the environment was FAR less toxic compared to the rest of the "Fine Dining" world in nyc.
