Company culture is truly grounded in USHG's values and our team feels like a family. It's amazing to be a part of a company truly driving change in the hospitality world and to represent some of NYC/the world's best restaurants.

Cons

Any con is related to the ups and downs you'd experience anywhere in the hospitality industry (especially during a downturn)
