I have worked in this industry for close to 10 years and being with Diligent has opened many new experiences for me that I would not have had if I stayed in my previous career in clinical healthcare. Not only has this been eye opening to learn about a new aspect of healthcare and pharmaceuticals that not many healthcare professionals get to work in, but I've had exposure across the organization working closely hand-in-hand with leadership, quality, and information technology. This company has provided training opportunities in areas of interest for me in order to expand our knowledge to support our clients and programs, but also to continue to push Diligent to growth areas for the business. The corporate and management team has always been very open and personable with all employees across the organization. They make an effort to outreach with employees to ensure support and connection to management.
