Pros
In three years with the company, I have received two promotions and have grown tremendously as an employee. Diligent offers careers that are unique to healthcare and provides growth opportunities, especially for nurses, in ways that I did not know were possible before starting with the company. Diligent does a great job of internal promotions and they have a great retention rate that is particularly difficult to find in healthcare.
The learning and training experiences I have received with Diligent are more extensive and in-depth than any other position I have held as a healthcare professional. Both upper management and colleagues alike are supportive, communicative, and all employees are frequently updated with the developments and opportunities within the company. Even throughout the pandemic, the company has been open and flexible with their employees to ensure everyone is able to work effectively and safely while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
