Pros

There’s always something happening at Uniphore — things move fast, priorities shift, and you’re constantly learning. Honestly, that’s what makes it exciting for me. You get to work with smart, driven people who genuinely care about what they do, and there’s a real sense of energy across teams. It’s the kind of place where you can take ownership, try new things, and actually see the impact of your work. If you enjoy change, collaboration, and being part of a company that’s always pushing boundaries, you’ll feel right at home here.

Cons

Things move quickly, so you need to be adaptable — it keeps you on your toes, priorities can shift often, but it means the company is evolving fast. Sometimes the bar is high, but that’s also what drives growth.

Pros

The environment is very friendly. They give free lunch, which is a great plus. There is no restrictions on the time as long as we complete our work. It is not a rule to stay a specific number of hours in the office. They provide WFH on Mondays and Fridays which is good for Monday and Friday fevers. ;)

Cons

There will not be much of a cross team interaction. So the tasks that are common for both teams would be delayed.
