Pros

Respectable Innovative Independence to take risks and innovate Collaborative The mental health days are a big plus to work-life balance Being in an aggressive growth stage, an organization does many things, they learn quickly and then adapt to the good changes for a long. Uniphore is at an aggressive growth stage only but is definitely poised for great results in times.

Cons

Not much, but people have individual experiences and no one is perfect - some get good and some get worse. The cons are very subjective at Uniphore and very much depend on which team you are part of, how good and collaborative you are, and how good is your leadership. In my case, there is room for improvement in structures but definitely NO cons in my particular case.

Friendly environment with flexible working hours. You can learn a lot from the position and people give you opportunities you ask for

Cons

Sometimes the workload is very heavy and deadlines are crazy. It is impossible to balance life. The benefits and promotion process is not clear
