The learning and exposure i am getting in Uniphore is amazing. The culture and work ethics are really awesome. The best part of Uniphore is the people i work with and a great leadership team.

Cons

i have not come across any so far in the past 1+ year. Of course there is improvement areas! we are all working towards it.
