The team is very nimble and is open to always refining how business is done. People are open to new ideas and testing out alternative or incremental approaches.

Cons

As a fast-growing and relatively new company, some processes can take a bit more time, but responses to questions are quick to be addressed and improvement toward efficiency has been great to see.
