Pros

The pay is decent and benefits are excellent. It’s a big company, so lots of opportunities.

Cons

They do not meet the basic standards of lean manufacturing. Management is disorganized and organization of duties is very poor. There is a lot of favoritism and cliques.

Pros

The work is interesting and fast paced. The salary is decent. The benefits are very good. There are some very nice hard-working people at Unipres.

Cons

The work culture is a blame and point the finger work ethic. There is no communication between the departments about part outages or parts quality, until the last minute. Unipres is currently downsizing but the work load is increased with fewer employees. There is an imaginary, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift "Beef" and blaming each Area Manager and Section Manager and employees for work not being done and problems not being solved or even addressed. Dependable and reliable employees, have work piled on them without any acknowledgement or rewards.
