Pros

* Tasks are straightforward * Pay is higher than in other similar retail shops * Colleagues are nice

Cons

* Managers always set unrealistic goals * The environment is full of polyester dust, which may be bad for someone with a weak respiratory system * The work rota is not fixed, which somehow destroys work-life balance.

Pros

Discount for Uniqlo clothes, offer insurance for full timer. I think that is everything

Cons

01. There is no way to stop a manager from going on a power trip. Evaluations are only done top-down, not mutually. 02. The work shifts are irregular. They schedule things like closing shifts followed immediately by opening. 03. There is no management, just micromanaging everything. Even management is bad, only few J1, J2 can do real management. 04. Even meal times are different every day. It’s a terrible workplace culture. 05. Bad policies prohibit making cool relationship with coworker. Totally terrible, the only thing that we can get in this job is cool coworker. Even for this, terrible culture bans it.
