Pros

gets discounts for clothes in stores.

Cons

high stress, no WFH unless you’re disabled with doctor note and you’re an advanced agent, favoritism, micromanagement, open concept office, and can’t be in the bathroom for too long. angry customers due to poor policies that agents get yelled for. managers take long to help with calls unless there’s spikes telling everyone to pick up a call but they won’t pick a call themselves. high paced emails, chats, and calls with no raise unless you get good surveys which customer sometimes don’t complete. high cortisol job!
