      noneeeee at all... seriously people

      Cons

      working there means you will become a little uniqlonian robot after being demanded to lliterally smile every second of your shiift, run and not walk, and be treated as if you seriously arent doing more work than your manager micro management broken company promises scheduled for nine hours with one hour break...yes lliterally youre on you're on your feet for eight hours

      Pay is decent for retail Associates are friendly and easy to get along with 30% discount is decent for their clothes

      Cons

      Management expects a lot from associates, while they sit around and do nothing Hours are scarce at times

      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement are quick depending on work ethic. Employee discounts are gratifying. Clean working environment.

      Cons

      Very strict working policies that leave no room for mistakes, very easy to get fired. Workloads and expectations are unreasonable during closing shifts, expect to stay later than scheduled. Business standards are run by far eastern traditions, not realistically converted to American traditions (tattoos must be hidden by staff dress at all times)
