Pros

I honestly cannot state a single benefit other than getting paid monthly, and thats a legal right.

Cons

Worked at the store in High Street Kensington in London. Company culture likes to state that its socially sustainable and considers the mental and physical health of their staff. That is a complete lie, the manager and company culture often try to strong-arm you and bully you into doing what they want. Very shady and vague with holiday and benefitentitlement. Cult-like policies and upper management couldn't care less about staff wellbeing. Many of my co-workers were also depressed, stressed, and overworked. Worst place I've ever worked.
