Really good pay Quick promotions (if managers like you)

Cons

Managers tend to pick and choose who can get away with things a lot of favouritism Some managers will stop you from getting a chance at a promotions and won’t tell you why They expect you to work like a robot Previously all stuff would get three call in sicks/lates before being written up but not only Full time staff get that and part time only get two a month which makes it impossible to not get written up. You’re looked down on if your leave work on time by some managers

Opportunity for growth if the managers are aware of your capabilities. Coworkers are great. Work is not particularly difficult. Great environment to work in.

Cons

Depending on the manager if they do not like you it does not matter what you can do, you will not advance
