-Consistent hours compared to other retail places -Room for promotion -Somewhat competitive wage

Cons

-Growth opportunities are focused on a tier system, which means it'll take longer to grow with the company -Must be available for full availability on weekends (They make it a pain to book them off) -Forced Japanese work culture -Lots of overtime
