      Pros

      I have been working at UCI for past several years and I must say they have provided be the best professional experience. The management team believes in transparency and are very respectful to fellow colleagues. Exceptional Leadership that keeps employees in forefront and are always welcoming recommendations and recognizes talent. And one of the best ways UCI fosters teamwork is by sharing lunch every day while sharing life outside work.

      Cons

      Being a small business the company has limited health plans and lacks dependent care program. With the growth the company should consider adding additional benefits.

      Pay on time. (if we have the project)

      Cons

      No client list. MAnagement is dependent on only one persons decision who has too much ego and who does not care for any employee. No projects at hand. Even the extennsions on H1 have to be borne by the employee.
