The definition of micro management. Super cheesy and outdated scripts in a boring industry. Frat culture for jocks after college. Very tough service to sell that doesn’t add much benefit to a company

Be prepared to be dragged along, a whole day in office without pay or lunch before getting an offer letter. Put you on the phones without properly training you on product or services they offer. Only care about making money and not helping customers or business along the way. Work environment is young professionals who care about dollars and not growth of company or employees. Very much a sink or swim environment where you need to develop on your own.
