Pros

Sales - so the flexible schedule is a plus. Seeing how different companies operate & finding solutions to their logistics issues is a lot of fun. But, there are other companies with better working conditions.

Cons

There is no vision for this company. There is a culture of inconsistency as well as competing and conflicting views from within. The franchises fight over customers & territories. Overall, the environment is toxic.

Great support staff, a true 9 - 5 job, no extensive work after work, Good business to business experience for begginers.

Cons

Questionable management, quick turn around, hard product to sell, Products arent competitive with competitors. Terrible benifits and very hesitant to offer compensation for money spent with/or for customers. Good Training for sales, but not for the task at hand with Unishippers.
