Positive team culture. The owners and directs care and value your feedback. We grow and we learn together, everyone supports one another. Your work is appreciated and recognized, there is opportunities for growth. 401k after a year, health insurance, eye and dental, optional life insurance

Pay could be better, no bonuses. wish we did more get togethers outside of work.
