Good sales techniques and basic training in cold calling great info about shipping industry as a whole most leads aren't interested in good job for a person born for sales

Cons

no help with sales leads whatsoever macho environment and inappropriate jokes will cut you and fire you if you have cancellations on zoom, teams and don't hit target one month . will log your calls daily meetings designed to intimidate you into calling more. had a meeting where they logged every mistake I ever made to intimidate me into quitting never again!
