Pros

Decent starting salary. Fully capable of working from home (they supplied laptops, monitors and all the works!). Performance based bonuses/increases. Good work/life balance with accruing vacation/sick time. Great support from team and managers.

Cons

Very fast paced and high stress at times. Communication is sometimes lacking.
