      Pros

      Good salary structure as all components are fixed no hidden deductions.

      Cons

      Very low salary hike, for existing employees salaries are sometimes even lower than freshers. Lack of management, senior directors showcase themselves as friendly but if someone raise voice they get arrogant and escalates to manager.
