Flexible work environment but high dependency on others
Pros
Flexible timing, less pressure relatively but could be demanding sometimes you have to balance out and you have your freedom on deciding when you want to do your work if something is not in escalation. Teams are usually fun and caring people are good and understanding. You can be a lethargic person but I will suggest you not to be one and give your best, it's kind of easy to take the work on yourself and deliver if you like to work if not then you can Dodge and enjoy as long as possible as well.
Cons
Good people or exhausted people leave all the time and then there technical debt is given to you to manage now you have to understand and deliver there unfinished work, it's find but there is a lot of dependency from other teams on the work and you would have to get in a call and had to get a lot of approvals and all, that is exhausting Big process for anything, you have to be on your tour and deliver if a project is given to you and earlier developer has left.
