Boring and a horrible middle management group

Pros

It paid money to sit and talk calls. Had time to study when I first started. That stopped once the middle management had an internet/virus issue, and they took away all internet surfing.

Cons

The job is ridiculous. You deal primarily with idiot end users, that are the uppers in their company. Direct supervisor was great. Everyone above were idiots.
