Pros
Very good training and certification opportunities. If you are looking for your A+ certification to get your foot in the door, this is a great place to start. Their continuing education is excellent and their training is diverse in thorough. Lots of opportunities to stretch your horizons into other areas of IT such as network administration and even software development. Unisys has a fun working enviornment with great people.
Cons
Pay could be a bit more competative. GIven the fact we are heading into 2009, the pay structure should have changed proportionaly (at least more than a 0% increase). The advertised pay for the same position on many job sites has been the same since I began in 2004. Alhtough this is the case for a lot of companies, its about time to increase pay to attract better employees.
