Pros

If you need a job, and they just happen to be there, then you would be lucky. But do not expect to be treated as anything other than a number, and way for them, the company to make money off of you.

Cons

No upward mobility, their goal setting process is a joke, because there is no where to go.

Pros

Environments with no experience and no virtual infrastructure can easily purchase a single SKU and immediately get started. What arrives is a hardware/software combo that guarantees them a certain level of pre-tested service. For this group, much of the risk of implementation failure is transferred to the manufacturer in exchange for a slightly increased "integration" cost.

Cons

A Couple of the managers are very rude, extremely disrespectful and impolite and they don't give a dam about there employees. There reputation as being obnoxious is well known within the company and I don't know why the higher management doesn't do anything out it.
