Work life balance is better than other companies.

Cons

No vision. Huge churn at mid senior level. Salaries are below average and increments are hard to come by. Company is struggling financially for a very long time. Frequent org structure and leadership changes. Hard work and talent has no value, you need to be well connected to survive and grow.

Thus far, my experience has been less than satisfactory, and as a result, I have no positive remarks to offer.

Cons

After serving as a Project Manager for many years at an exceedingly stable company, I received an unexpected message via LinkedIn from a Unisys recruiter, enticing me with a similar role but offering a higher salary. Eager for the opportunity, I accepted the offer. However, I was laid off after only a few months in the position, with very little notice and no severance package, attributed to business slowdown and restructuring.

Seems the story in the US is totally different and the firm seems a lot stronger. In the UK real lack of management and direction.
