Raises are really bad. The majority of people get no raise, a couple people get 1% an even fewer set get 2%. I"ve never seen a raise above 2% unless you threaten to leave the company. Then they seem to find the money. In some case, you even get promoted to Partner if you threaten to leave. I"ve been here 8 years and only 3 raises and I consistently get above average to outstanding reviews. Just reinstituted the 401K match after about 2 years of no match. Then they only put a partial match back in, not the full match is was before.

Very limited benefits, no 401k matching anymore, high turnover, very unhappy employees, company strategy and focus is always changing, lots of older set in thier ways employees. Most jobs have now been outsourced to India.
