Management and mindset shifts hinder progress. Lack of flexible work options for those near Unisys sites really impinged morale. The Company does not support work/life balance any more.

Employee morale is low, those employees with greater than 30 years experience are systematically targeted for reduction. Went several years (4+) without a raise, and raises approved for my team were minimal (1-2%). Over the past five + years, Unisys attempts to came by hiring external candidates as Vice Presidents. The ratio of Vice Presidents to employees is significantly higher than elsewhere, and the VP's attempt to implement their initiatives and tend to leave after a couple years.
