Management is not doing enough to help you with a growth within company. Many people leave before trial period ends, so you always work double while there is no new team member. No appreciation of dedicated responsible employees who stayed with a comany for a long time. Lower salary than in other similar IT companies

At first we had few meetings, training, coaching, team meeting or building. Over 5 years, this decreased to literally zero. So much so, that noone actually talked to me for 5 months, before pushing me over the edge so, much that they could find a reason to fire me. No salary increase or any bonuses for the last 3 years.
