      Brilliant Engineers Unique and innovative product offerings Excellent internal solution platform to support sales, marketing and practitioners Financially costs are managed well

      Cons

      Stuck in the past Large population of employees can retire at any time Automated all internal processes and pushed all the work on to the employees taking away focus on the market So far has failed to fix the sales force and their abilities to achieve quota

      Great knowledgable teams, strong work ethic.

      Cons

      leadership focused on CYA. Selling service line / product line not in the portfolio. Not addressing Client issues, Quality mentality not in practice. Quality improvement tools are not exployted by Accts. and delivery. More afraid of doing it wrong, than making it right.

      Pros

      I have been working in Unisys for 2.6 yrs now. - Great working environment. - Flexible timings. - Average or more compensation. Satisfactory

      Cons

      They have good some very good projects in various sectors but if you get into a very legacy application project then the scope of much development work is completely Nil all will be maintenance, support and qualification hence it hampers your career growth. You have to put extra effort on your own to learn new things at home because you won't get much knowledge on job.
