      Great colleagues, encouraging team leaders, knowledgeable seniors, benefits and opportunities, great Top management on the contract, mentoring opportunities

      Cons

      Management failing regularly to pass overtime forms to payroll, lack of direction and time management by middle management, very much based on who you know not what you know (little amount of merit based growth)
