      Work from home is the best part of the job

      Cons

      you need to work 40 hours managing your manager or managers; then you need to work an extra 20 hours servicing the clients or doing the right work. Managing by PowerPoint and Excel. managers, wants to see Green dashboard, while hiding or ignoring the real issues.

      Pros

      The only benefit of this job was the ability to make your own schedule, and once you're really good at doing the break/fix, an 8 hour day actually turns into a 4 hour day.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible, it makes it difficult to keep up with your bills, let alone the maintenance on your vehicle, tires are expensive. The mileage reimbursement drops after 250 miles to 20 cents a mile from 50. Just overall horrible.

      Pros

      Chances to step up to leadership roles. Foreign travel is often available. Business plan seems solid. CEO cares about the culture and works to drive sales.

      Cons

      A lot of hours required if you step up too much. If you are hired into the wrong position then you get burned out quickly. Get a mentor quickly and ask a lot of questions.
