      - work-life-balance - interesting projects - very small organization in Germany - friendly colleagues - brand name still known - big customers

      - lot's of management politics - no strategy and consequently betting on the wrong future technologies - salary

      Pros

      I would only recommend working here if you are looking for an entry level position. Benefits are ok but seem every year the quality becomes less. Access to free training materials to advance your career is a plus if you can take advantage of them.

      Cons

      Upper Management is terrible. Really hard to get a raise or advance your career. Salary is not very competitive. If you have any concerns or complaints they are not heard.
