      -The pay is good. a little above average. -Collegues are great! -There more personal freedom on the workplace

      Cons

      Not much cons. Sure, the the workfloor and workload can be somewhat disorganized but that happens in other companies as well. And in my experience more so in other companies

      Some days you don't take many calls and get some down time

      Bad salary for amount of work, BAD managers that do favors, Also some employees are not very smart or technical enough to be in a tech field but got hired anyway. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIEND OR ENEMY.
