      1. Work from home 2. Location of Company is in City Center 3. Till 2013 the Company was really doing good, after that there are many higher Management changes which has screwed the company environment and work life

      Cons

      1. No good hike 2. Too much changes in higher management, as a result many changes in Policies 3. Very limited project for folks working in .NET 4. Once you are bench, company will wait for only 2 weeks and no transparency
