Non - UNISYS on site at Dell really did suck. If you have been hired by a very passive/silent 4 eyed worm onsite at Dell, but your manager that makes all the decisions lives in OHIO. Just know...you've settled for a BS job. It will always be 3 Unisys agents to pull from 1 Dell FUSION (email tool to scare field techs on a day to day 15-25 sent per hr. avg. 120-150 per Day) Everything falls under the "Good ol' Boy" system. Favoritism happens often...too often. Don't even fall for the hype that hiring Manager pulls. He is a quit killer who watches from wherever to ensure he is getting the best of your time. TRUST ME - Its for the birds...if you give your time to this HORRIBLE job. ITS FOR THE BIRDS!! Your brain will go to mush. No training what so ever Management is bad: NOTE: If you find yourself in this type of position, get a WI-FI hotspot or find out how to tether from your smartphone. Management will NOT want you to know this or do this. Even though they will allow the employees to work remote from time to time.
